Board Members bring a balance of qualifications and backgrounds to the environmental cases that they consider. With legal, engineering, biological, geological, and environmental science expertise, the Board reviews hundreds of environmental cases each year.
The Board has five Members, one of whom is designated as Chairman by the Governor. Each member is appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the Illinois State Senate for a three-year term.
