This proposal was to furnish a 150 Mlb/Hr coal fired steam boiler for the
Urbana campus of the University of Illinois.
Furthermore, based on
the coal available from a mine in Vermillion County, Illinois, with a heat content of11,500 BTU/lb (Exhibit A, page 4, line 50), the total heatinput of the boiler was designedfor 243.8 million BTU/Hr (21,200 lb/Hr X 11,500 BTU/lb).
This heat input is less than
the 250 million BTU required for inventory classification under the current NOx SIPCall.
