The proposed rules were filed on December 23, 2010 by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and docketed as In the Matter of: Amendments to 35 Ill. Adm. Code Part 229: Hospital/Medical/Infectious Waste Incinerators (R11-20).
