- The Hospital generates non-hazardous waste, hazardous waste, and,
incompatible hazardous waste.
- 6. On September 15, 2011, one 2-gallon incompatible waste container located in
the Bio-Hazard room was not dated. Steve Raps, the Director of Environmental
Services for the Hospital, told the Illinois EPA inspector, Chris Cahnovsky, that container
inspections were not conducted on a weekly basis.
