The Hospital generates non-hazardous waste, hazardous waste, and,
incompatible hazardous waste.
6. On September 15, 2011, one 2-gallon incompatible waste container located in
the Bio-Hazard room was not dated. Steve Raps, the Director of EnvironmentalServices for the Hospital, told the Illinois EPA inspector, Chris Cahnovsky, that containerinspections were not conducted on a weekly basis.
