- However, at the May 29, 2014 public hearing, no public official or resident of Fairmont City
spoke nor did counsel for Fairmont City identify any way in which a resident or Fairmont
City is so located as to be affected by the approved facility.
- Otherwise someone would have attended the hearing to state such interest.
