Fairmont City filed the Petition on September 8, 2014.
However, at the May 29, 2014 public hearing, no public official or resident of Fairmont City
spoke nor did counsel for Fairmont City identify any way in which a resident or FairmontCity is so located as to be affected by the approved facility.
Otherwise someone would have attended the hearing to state such interest.
