Proposed Rule.
- OVERVIEW OF THIS PROCEEDING
Today the Board adopts a proposal for public comment that would add one compound to
the list of those exempted from the definition of volatile organic material (VOM).
- The
amendment proposed today respond to one USEPA action that resulted in a single USEPA
amendment to the federal definition of “volatile organic compound” (VOC) codified at 40 C.F.R.
- 51.100(s).
