OVERVIEW OF THIS PROCEEDING
Today the Board adopts a proposal for public comment that would add one compound tothe list of those exempted from the definition of volatile organic material (VOM).
The
amendment proposed today respond to one USEPA action that resulted in a single USEPAamendment to the federal definition of “volatile organic compound” (VOC) codified at 40 C.F.R.
51.100(s).
