- R15-6, SDWA Update, USEPA Amendments (January 1, 2014 through June 30, 2014)
On February 19, 2015, the Illinois Pollution Control Board adopted amendments to the Illinois
regulations that are “identical in substance” to drinking water regulations adopted by USEPA.
- On June 27, 2014, USEPA made a
correction in the June 19, 2104 action.
- In adopting the amendments, the Board added corrections to
the text of the drinking water rules based on comments from the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency (IEPA) and USEPA.
- Hard copies may be obtained from the Clerk’s office upon payment of reproduction fees
as prescribed by of the Freedom of Information Act.
