On June 17, 2010, the Board adopted a first notice proposal to amend the Board’s
procedural rules to update the proper mailing address for the Division for Chief of
Environmental Enforcement at the Office of the Attorney General, and the Office of
Legal Services at the Illinois Department of Natural Resources.
- The Board invites public comment on this
proposal and the Board will accept such comment until the close of the first notice period.
- The docket number for this rulemaking, R10-22, should be indicated on the public
comment.
