June 17, 2010 - On June 17, 2010, the Board adopted a first notice proposal to amend the Board’s procedural rules to update the proper mailing address for the Division for Chief of Environmental Enforcement at the Office of the Attorney General, and the Office of Legal Services at the Illinois Department of Natural Resources. The Illinois Attorney General’s Office (AG), on June 2, 2010, filed the proposal which is docketed as In the Matter of: Revision of Mailing Address for Service of Documents Proposed Amendments to 35 Il. Adm. Code 101-304 (R10-22).
