- Board Adds Definitions to Used Oil Management Standards and to Special Waste
Regulations
On October 21, 2010, the Pollution Control Board adopted definitions relating to used oil
management in the rulemaking docket designated In the Matter of: Proposed
Amendments to the Board’s Special Waste Regulations Concerning Used Oil, 35 Ill.
- On December 17,
2009, the Board opened subdocket B in order to provide first notice publication of
proposed definitions.
- At its meeting on October 19, 2010 the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules
considered the Board’s proposal and issued its certificate of no objection.
- Hard copies may be obtained for $.75 per page from the Clerk’s office.
