Board Adds Definitions to Used Oil Management Standards and to Special Waste Regulations
October 21, 2010 - On October 21, 2010, the Pollution Control Board adopted definitions relating to used oil management in the rulemaking docket designated In the Matter of: Proposed Amendments to the Board’s Special Waste Regulations Concerning Used Oil, 35 Ill. Adm. Code 739, 808, 809 (R06-20(B)). The Board adopted one definition in its used oil management standards and three definitions in its special waste regulations.
