Board Adopts First Notice Proposal to Amend Solid Waste and Special Waste Hauling
RegulationsOn September 20, 2012, the Pollution Control Board proposed amendments to its solid waste andspecial waste hauling regulations for first-notice publication in the Illinois Register withoutcommenting on the substantive merits.
Publication of these proposed amendments in the Illinois Register will begin a 45-day public
comment period, during which anyone may file a public comment with the Board.
Public comments must be filed with the Clerk of the Board.
