Board Adopted First-Notice Proposal to Add Indoor Inhalation Pathway to the Tiered Approach to Corrective Action Objectives (TACO)
April 19, 2012 - The Board, on April 19, 2012, adopted a first-notice opinion and order in the rulemaking docketed as Tiered Approach to Corrective Action Objectives (TACO) (Indoor Inhalation): Amendments to 35 Ill. Adm. Code 742 (R11-9). On November 9, 2010, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) filed the proposal to amend the Board’s TACO rules.
