April 19, 2012 - On April 19, 2012, the Board adopted a second-notice opinion and order for a proposal to amend the definition of “pollution control facility” in Section 101.202 of its procedural rules. The proposal intends only the make the definition consistent with recent Public Acts amending it. The rulemaking is docketed as In the Matter of: Updates to the Definition of “Pollution Control Facility” at Section 101.202 of the Board’s Procedural Rules to Reflect Recent Public Acts (R12-22).
