Board to Consider Amendments to Waste Hauling Regulations
November 17, 2011 - On November 17, 2011, the Board accepted for hearing a proposal to amend Part 809 of the Board’s solid waste and special waste hauling regulations. On October 28, 2011, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) filed the proposal, which was docketed as In the Matter of: Proposed Amendments to Nonhazardous Special Waste Hauling and the Uniform Program: 35 Ill. Adm. Code 809 (R12-13).
