Board Amends Definitions to Used Oil Management Standards and to Special Waste Regulations
October 21, 2010 - On October 21, 2010, the Pollution Control Board adopted definitions relating to used oil management in the rulemaking docket designated In the Matter of: Proposed Amendments to the Board’s Special Waste Regulations Concerning Used Oil, 35 Ill. Adm. Code 739, 808, 809 (R06-20(B)). The Board adopted one definition in its used oil management standards and three definitions in its special waste regulations. In an order dated February 18, 2010, the Board adopted amendments to its used oil management and special waste regulations in the docket now designated as subdocket A.
