Board Adopts Final Opinion and Order to Control Volatile Organic Material Emissions
June 17, 2010 - On June 17, 2010, the Illinois Pollution Control Board adopted a final order adopting air pollution regulations. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency initiated this proceeding on July 9, 2009, and the Board has docketed it as In the Matter of: Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) for Volatile Organic Material Emissions from Group II Consumer & Commercial Products: Proposed Amendments to 35 Ill. Adm. Code 211, 218, and 219 (R10-08).
