| August 5, 2010 - On August 5, 2010, the Illinois Pollution Control Board granted a motion by the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago to held additional hearings in In the Matter of: Water Quality Standards and Effluent Limitations for the Chicago Area Waterway System and Lower Des Plaines River Proposed Amendments to 35 Ill. Adm. Code 301, 302, 303, and 304 (R08-09 (Subdocket B)). The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) filed the original proposal on October 26, 2007. On March 18, 2010, the Board divided the docket into four subdockets. | |
