Pollution Control Board to Consider Amendments to Nitrogen Oxide emissions Regulations
February 2, 2006 - The Illinois Pollution Control Board, on February 2, 2006, accepted for hearing a proposal to amend the regulations governing Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) emissions found at 35 Ill. Adm. Code Part 217, Subparts A, T, U, and W. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency filed the rulemaking entitled In the Matter of: NOx Trading Program: Amendments to 35 Ill. Adm. Code Part 217 on January 19, 2006.
