Board to Consider Amendments to Non-Hazardous Solid Waste Management Facilities
August 17, 2006 - The Illinois Pollution Control Board, on August 17, 2006, accepted for hearing a proposal to amend Parts 810 and 811 of the Board’s regulations concerning non-hazardous solid waste management facilities. The Illinois Chapter of the National Solid Wastes Management Association (NSWMA) filed the proposal (Proposed Amendments to Solid Waste Landfill Rules, 35 Ill. Adm. Code 810 and 811 (R07-08) on July 27, 2006.
