support of its Motion, the Illinois EPA states as follows:On May 9,2008, the Illinois EPA filed a proposal with the Board to amend 35 Ill.
Since the last hearing, the Illinois EPA has continued to engage in negotiations with
interested parties on remaining unresolved issues.

217.157, the provisions applicable to the installation of continuous emissions Iponitoring systems("CEMS") have also been amended to allow for additional time to install such CEMS.
