actual inspection report properly includes the allegation of a Section 21(p)(7) violation, and theevidence at the hearing addressed a violation of Section 21(p)(7), the Board will grant themotion.
Williams spoke to Mr.
Pinski and he indicated to her he
was removing waste from DuQuoin to St. Tr. at 13. Ms.Williams noted that photos also include evidence of warped vinyl siding consistent with sidingthat had gotten too warm.
