Section 1.1 Applicability The provisions of this Appendix apply to sources subject to 35 IIIAdmin.
c) Primary equipment hourly operating requirements.
The owner or operator must ensure
that all continuous mercury emission monitoring systems required by this Appendix are in operation and monitoring unit emissions.
Notwithstanding this requirement, an hourly average may be computed
