The Agency’s determination
concerns coal combustion by-product (CCB) produced from the combustion of coal used ingenerating electricity at Ameren’s Meredosia Power Station in Morgan County.
The Board extends the appeal period until July 6, 2008, as the parties request. Adm. Code 105.206. If Ameren fails to file an appeal by
that date, the Board will dismiss this case and close the docket.
