I would like to recount a personal experience I had last summer while in Wisconsin .
There was
an article in the Green Bay paper which dealt with cleaning up PCBs from the Fox River .
The
article took great delight in saying the hazardous material wouln't be a problem anymore as itwould betaken out of state to a toxic dump in Peoria Illinois . Wisconsin does a great job ofpushing that it is a "green state" evidently at our expense . They take our money as tourists andsend back their "crap" . Please ...
