The respondent represented that settlement discussions have been ongoing but
that the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) has rejected the SupplementalEnvironmental Project (SEP) submitted by the respondent for the second time.
By agreement, all timelines in the discovery schedule has been extended an additional
seven days.
At the conference the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
