For the past 42 years I have represented various Will County municipalities as they havestruggled with limited resources to meet State and Federal water and wastewater standards withthe goal of improving our health and environment.
In addition, the money spent recently by
many Tilinois communities to meet drinking water standards for radium will have been wastedshould standards which cannot be met with their constructed water treatment systems beimplemented.
