The complainant informed the hearing officer that it has recently filed a
complaint naming the owners of the above-captioned Community Landfill Company.
To that end, the parties
suggested that another telephonic status conference be scheduled and, in the interim, therespondent will review the recently filed related complaint before suggesting a hearing date inthe above-captioned matter.
At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter andpropose hearing dates.
