HEARING OFFICER ORDER

  

On May 25, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the

hearing officer. The complainant informed the hearing officer that it has recently filed a

complaint naming the owners of the above-captioned Community Landfill Company.

Respondent represented that it had yet to receive the related complaint. To that end, the parties

suggested that another telephonic status conference be scheduled and, in the interim, the

respondent will review the recently filed related complaint before suggesting a hearing date in

the above-captioned matter.

The parties are reminded that a telephonic status conference with the hearing officer is

scheduled for July 15, 2004, at 1:30 p.m. The status conference must be initiated by the

complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status

conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and

propose hearing dates.
