For the reasons below, the Board affirms the Kane County Board’s denial of WMII’s application to construct a waste transfer facility at the Woodland Landfill site.The Kane County Board held public hearings on September 17, 19, 24, 26, and 30 andOctober 1, 3, 9, and October 10, 2002. Mr. David Miller testified that the traffic patterns to and from the facility minimized impact on existing traffic flows. Brent Coulter testified on criterion (vi). C004224, C004353.
