Petitioner initiated this permit appeal in response to the Agency’s denial of its request
for a permit to expand its wastewater treatment plant.
The parties’ motion to stay is requested in “light of a potential resolution
of this matter by petitioner and the Agency that may obviate the need for a permit appeal.”The Board hereby grants the parties’ joint motion for stay thereby staying this matterthrough October 20, 1997.
