Paragraph 4 of our February 17, 1971 order in this caseforbade additional sewer connections “until the proposedaddition to the sewage treatment plant is completed andcertified as capable of operating withi?n~the Rules andRegulations”.
On November 26, 1971 we received certification
from the Agency that the expansion, tertiary treatment, anddisinfection required, have been accomplished, and thereforethe connection ban is hereby formally lifted.
