    forbade
    additional
    sewer
    connections
    “until
    the
    proposed
    addition to the sewage treatment plant
    is completed
    and
    certified
    as capable of operating withi?n~the Rules
    and
    Regulations”. On November
    26, 1971 we received certification
    from the Agency that the expansion,
    tertiary treatment,
    and
    disinfection required, have been accomplished,
    and therefore
    the connection ban is hereby formally
    lifted.
    I, Christan L. Moffett, Acting Clerk of the Pollution Control
    Board, do certify that the Board adopted the Supplementary
    Order above on the
    29 day of November,
    1971.
