Our Order of August 15, 1972 in Case #72-82 granted theVillage of Xenilw~~rthuntil December 31, 1972 to comply withSWB-7 and the newly-adopted Water Pollution Control Regulationswith respect to the installation of sludge disposal facilities forits water treatment plant.
However, weather and lake conditions prevented compliance
with this program.
The Agency recommends allowance
of the variance, subject to the conditions which we impose in ourOrder.
