After full hearing and briefs we denied Illinois Power~spetition for a variance from the sulfur-dioxide emissionstandard applicable to Wood River Unit #5, in a lengthyopinion (October 24, 1972).
Illinois Power asks us to reconsider
or grant a rehearing.
The present petition essentially restates
the arguments earlier made and rejected, and we seeno reason to depart from our earlier conclusions.
The petition is hereby denied.
