electric power generating station known as the Hennepin Stationlocated in Putnam County, Illinois.
  • Operation of Unit 1 in reliance upon the
variance has been very rare and work is continuing on schedule forthe precipitator on Unit 1.
  • Petitioner believes, barring unforeseen
occurrences beyond Petitioner’s control, that the precipitator forUnit 1 can be completed by June 30, 1974.
  • The Agency has received no comment from the
public concerning this variance.
