This is a petition for variance from Rule 203(b) of the AirRegulations in regard to a grain dryer in Lincoln, Illinois.
On June 15, 1973 we adopted
a grain dryer regulation which provides that grain drying andconditioning operations need not comply with the requirements ofRule 203 until May 30, 1975.
The petition is
dismissed, without prejudice, as being moot.
