Abstract:	ILLINOIS POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD July 10, 1997IN THE MATTER OF:CLEAN FUEL FLEET PROGRAM:AMENDMENTS TO 35 ILL. The attainment year for the Chicago area is 2007. The Board will proceed in this matter as prescribed in Section 28.5 and discussed in the Board’s resolution. The Board is without authority to waive a requirement of the Act without being granted the authoritypursuant to the Act. Therefore, we deny the Agency's motion to waive the requirements of Section 28.5(g) of the Act and 35 Ill.
