ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCYINTERIM ORDERretitioner is granted a variance from Section 921 (d)of the Illinois Water Pollution Regulations which requiresthat a Project Completion Schedule be approved before a permit can be issued by the Agency.
