The petitioner’s letter of May 14 is not clear in its fourthparagraph as to whether a variance is needed from an existing Agencysewer ban; from a ban because of an overloaded sewer or whether aroutine sewer permit requiring no variance is what is desired.
If no clarification
is received, the petition shall be subject to dismissal for inadequacy.
