ORDER OF THE BOARD (BY MR. DUMELLE):

The petitioner’s letter of May 14 is not clear in its fourth

paragraph as to whether a variance is needed from an existing Agency

sewer ban; from a ban because of an overloaded sewer or

whether

a

routine sewer permit requiring no variance is what is desired.

Petitioner shall amend his petition within 15 days to clarify

what it is that the variance is desired from. If no clarification

is received, the petition shall be subject to dismissal for inade-

quacy.
