this distills off creosote oil vapor and various noncondensablegasses.- This device will burn the various
gasses which at the present time are emitted to the atmosphere, sothat the final emission will be essentially water vapor and carbondioxide.lene in the waste gas of the Reilly plant presented a special problemin the design of the system.- Initially, the Agency recommended that we deny the variance.
