The subject of the Petition for Variance is a single chamber unfired
incinerator vented to a boiler stack fifty feet (SOS) high.

Agency is convinced that this incinerator can meet applicable regulations for types 0, 1 or 2 wastes if waste consumption is limitedto 140 pounds per hour and the primary and secondary burners heatinput is rated at 350,000 BTU for both secondary burners.
