Tazewell County, Illinois.- However, American Standard, Inc., guaranteed it would
honor CPC’s existing order, including erection and maintenance.- Therefore CPC determined that it would have to blend coal with
a lower sulfur content in order to still meet the SO2 standard whileusing 75 mixture of the Freeman coal.- The Agency states that ~petitioner
