This matter comes before the Pollution Control Board(Board) upon petition of Midwest Metals, Inc., for variancefrom Rules 103(a) and 103(b) of the Air Pollution ControlRegulations.
It is the Order of the Board that Petitioner shall
amend its petition within 45 days of this Order to providethe above described information.
