Board would wish to know, as a minimum, whether or notalgae blooms occur upon Crab Orchard Lake; the type ortypes of algae; the severity of the blooms; and their effectupon the dissolved oxygen and benthic organisms of the Lake.
Petitioner shall amend its Petition within 45 days to
provide the information indicated above.
The 90-day decision period set
by statute shall run from the date of filing the amendedpetition.
