Wirco’s problems revolves around the use of a cupola furnace
which is not in compliance with Rule 203(a) whenever their 20 toninduction furnace is shut down for repairs.
Noting the good faith effort of Wirco in pursuing their compliance
plan, and the lack of ambient air quality problems in the area,together with the fact that the emissions are so minor, the Boardfinds that Wirco’s variance shall be extended until January 1, 1977or until their second induction furnance comes on line, whicheverevent occurs first.
